Medical education.

My previous projects on Spinal pain transmission mechanisms.

1. First part of project is study the function of spinal nicotinic receptors (nAChRs) related to nociception and antinociception.

A. Study the mechanism of spinal nAChRs involvement in intraspinal acetylcholine (ACh) release. B. Study the interaction between spinal nAChRs and the spinal serotonin system.

2. Second part is study potent nAChRs Epibatidine effect.

A. Epibatidine effects on spinal nAChRs. B. Study possible the Epibatidine effects on muscarinic receptors.

3. Third part is study serotonin receptor involved spinal ACh release.

A. Serotonin receptor subtype involved in spinal ACh release. B. Mechanism of spinal serotonin receptor and spinal ACh receptors interaction.

4. Spinal inhibitory receptor, GABA and Glycine receptors interaction with spinal ACh receptors.
