There is good correlation between education level and health status. It is well-know fact for generations that health status is higher in educated peoples generally. Health education makes people more emotionally capable, more vital, and alive regardless of the level of formal education level. Direct health benefits like reduced stress, reduced depression, feeling more positive, and achieving goals are reported with health education. Physical, mental, and emotional health are interrelated and can’t be isolated from each other. We know that body and mind are interrelated.
